一応ＷＰＮＣで録音できました。

ＷＴＫＵ　確かに、右チャンネルの音が大きいですね。
個人的には、エコーがかかる局だったので、昔のラジオ関東の放送を思い出して好きでした。

まずはfmstream.orgで検索するか、なければその局のListen Liveに飛んでchromeやEdgeならPF12押下で開発者ツールを表示→メディアタブにストリームが表示されていればそれをコピーするというのをやってみるのもありです。icexx.securenetsystems.net系なら大概その方法でいけます。(他にも一発キャプチャ出来る局はかなりありますが)

私はChromeの拡張機能のWhat's The Soundをよく使ってます。あとは王道ですがRadio-Locatorのサイトでコールサインで検索してます。

KRTH-101FM,Los Angeles はどうやら国外からの聴取を制限しているようで、VPN経由なら聴けるようです。お手軽な方法としてはブラウザをOperaにすればVANを内蔵してますので曲のサイトで聴けるようです。

RadioSureは環境に依存するそうですが、私の環境ではaacが再生非対応だったのと、そもそも本サイトが閉鎖したので消しました。
townsquare系の局だと音は出ても録音が全くだめなので以前kazukazuさんに教えていただいたRarmaradioを愛用してます。MP3、aac、WMAなどに対応してます。

末尾もｍｐ３をａａｃとかｍ３ｕ８とかｐｌｓとか変えてみたのですがだめでした。
